INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Devin trains athletes as young as 6 years old through NBA and NFL players. With her specific training in sport psychology Devin focuses on the unique aspects of each athlete to help them reach peak performance. Whether you just want to take your game to the next level or are overcoming a roadblock, these strategies will get you there.

TEAM Training

Team training is also available and designed to develop team cohesion, leadership skills, communication, and overall team performance. Team training sessions are 1 hour and are interactive and incorporate specific athletic settings in order for teams to train for peak performance.
