Devin is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. As a former Division I athlete, she learned the importance of training her mental game. Transitioning into the world of business herself, Devin applied those same principles and wants to share them with others.
Devin earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University. Following her training at Boston University, Devin earned certification by the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. She is also completing her Psy.D. from California Southern University. Devin Markle is a registered Psychological Assistant (PSB94024045) with Fulton Psychological Group under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Fulton (PSY14741). She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at California Lutheran University.
Devin has worked with individuals and teams. She has experience working with athletes at every level, from youth development programs, high school and college, to Olympic and professional athletes. She has developed curriculums for NFL and NBA Pre-Draft programs with athletes continuing their work with her after joining a professional team. It is her continued enthusiasm and love of sports that fuel her commitment to work with athletes in the pursuit of their goals.
Devin has done workshops for the Nike Basketball Skills Academy and presented at the Jr. NBA Leadership Conference. She regularly speaks at the Soroptimist Leadership Program. She has also been a Women’s Sport Foundation contributing writer, and is currently the Mindset Coach for BossBabe, Inc’s entrepreneur group Project Vision.
Devin’s passion outside of working with athletes is with children and adolescents. She received training at Northshore Recovery High School and has experience with numerous treatment centers. Within these settings she provides individual and group therapy to help adolescents dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
